  • Bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Mayo
  • Red onion
  • Tomato
  • Avocado


Bake 1 lb of bacon in oven at 375 until desired done-ness (about 20 mins) draining fat (to use at another time) about halfway through. Layer lettuce (green leaf is what I used in the photos) mayo, thin slices of red onion, tomato, and avocado, top with cooked bacon.

Easy, quick, delicious!
