Zucchini cream pasta


  • 250 g zucchini
  • 2-3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
  • 1-2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Herb’s of your choice – I used Mix pasta herb’s and chili flakes. (You can also use oregano black pepper etc.)
  • Salt as per taste


Remove the skin of your zucchini.
Using the regular peeler slices the zucchini
Heat the olive oil or ghee into a pen.
Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, herbs and chili flakes.
Mix it for 1 min.
Add zucchini straps. And saute for 5 minute.
Now add the cream and mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
You can also add some home made salsa sauce and some mozzarella cheese. (Optional).
