Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
 - 1/2 cup almond flour
 - 1/2 cup coconut flour
 - 1/4 cup tapioca flour
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1 tablespoon Baking powder
 - 4 oz cream cheese ( warmed up)
 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil
 - 5 eggs
 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
 
Instructions:
Mix all day ingredients together in one bowl
In another bowl mix warmed cream cheese with oil & eggs
Mix then combine with dry and 1/2 the mozzarella add remaining cheese and mix! Get a bowl of water use this for hands and roll dough in 12 balls! It’s ok to even dunk the balls in the water. I do! I put them in a muffin tin but you can just use parchment paper too! I also push down lightly!
Preheat oven 375
Bake 375 for 15 minutes remove from pan and cool 15 min.
