Steak with salad garnishWhat I have learned is the too much protein is not a good thing.  It can actually cause premature aging and cell death.  And it can even get turned into blood sugar when you have an excess amount of it.

I try and keep it under 20 to 25 grams per sitting and 1 gram per lean Kilo of body mass.
