Cottage cheese with herbs and olives


  • 2 kg milk
  • 100 gm yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Mix herbs, red chili flakes, pink salt


Boil the milk and slow the flame then add in yogurt and vinegar ..keep stirring ..turn off the flame, leave it for 10 minutes..drain the excess water then mix (red chill flakes,pink salt,mix dry herbs) And rub it with hands then put the cheese in a soft cloth let it sit for one hour or under a heavy thing on top.
