Gang members include:
- Bad Vlad is an exiled baron vampire who gets squeamish at the sight of blood.
- Pumpkin Eater is the Trick or Treat Gang's leader and a prince in exile. An army of minions, the pumpkin heads, are his to command -- once he eats and regurgitates their pumpkin innards.
- Raggedy is a dark priestess of the Ragdoo religion. She wields forbidden magic and Ragdoo dolls against her enemies.
- Skelestan is the Gang's streetfighting muscle despite being a living skeleton without a bit of flesh on his bones.
- Winnie Witch is a broom-riding witch with a chip on her shoulder.
